Most of the ideas I’m going to write about are largely not my unique ideas. They are likely going to be my interperatations on information and knowledge I glean from others. I’m still in the learning and adoption stage, with a glipse of innovation here and there. When I come up with my own ideas and theories, I’ll make sure to make it apparent that I am generating theories.
Also, in order to protect the innocent some names may have been changed. I also will switch around “a current” and “a previous” randomly so you really have no idea what employer I’m talking about.
Finally, I’m going to try very hard to keep this blog from turning into a “complain about your previous/current employer”. These are blogs about what I learn, and what I consider my weaknesses to be. I’m very thankful for every company that I’ve worked for, and am working for.
